I'm starting Malcom Gladwell's The Tipping Point. I heard a fascinating discussion via a podcast that he had with another colleague, and am even more excited to begin this book.
In general, I enjoy authors and leaders who think sharply but also distinctly from the dominant culture. In ministry my team and I continually evaluate why some things work while other things don't, and in general are concerned with what causes people to make the decisions they make.
I'm hoping for some insight into some of those things, as well as a pleasant and stimulating read over the upcoming Winter Break.
