One uses resources to perfect; the other to develop. One is concerned with the present; the other the future. One makes the leader look good; the other the followers.
I want to use my various roles as platforms because I believe it is "the other" mentioned above. I do not want to perform in ministry--not in the sense of striving but in the sense of using resources for temporary results.
I would rather look less than perfect but have shared power and responsibility with others. Thoughts?
